The terms and conditions below apply for reservations made by individual, private person unless a special agreement has been made. Same terms apply for reservations made via Palace Kämp Ravintolat Oy internet website. Separate rules apply for group reservations over 8 persons. The restaurant reserves a right to apply special terms and conditions that differ from these in case of public holidays, special events, seasonality or additional services require so.
When reserving a table your name, arrival are required. A table reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received a reservation confirmation number. The restaurant is entitled to apply different kinds of rules such as reservation fee or credit card guarantee in order to secure the reservation.
The table is at your disposal 15 minutes from your required arrival time. In case of arrival after confirmed time, please contact the restaurant to agree the new arrival time. Otherwise restaurant may cancel your reservation.
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation, the table must be cancelled until on the day of arrival.
All Restaurants accept the most common credit/debit cards. The Restaurant is not obliged to accept foreign currency, vouchers, cheques or credit/debit cards unless the hotel has volunteered to do so.
We follow good manners and restaurant rules at the restaurant. In case of breaking these rules you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.
